Hello all. My new printer hasn't made a single copy yet. It tells me to load the paper, which has been done. Now I have seen that there is a lever loose on the left of the grey rollers and a spring above it. How should this lever be positioned and where should the spring go?

Hello all
My printer works perfectly. Soon 10,000 printouts have been made. What the printer appreciates are original cartridges, all other products are not convincing in terms of print quality.
Regarding the question from "Muellerp600": can you be a bit more precise with the description, preferably a photo.
