Question about FiiO E10K-TC

Hello all, I used to run the Fiio E10K (Olympus 2) on a Win7 PC (worked fine). Now I have a new PC with Win 11 but the device remains mute. The control light is on but no sound comes out. The same problem with all other USB ports. A reboot (without the Fiio plugged in) didn't help either. If I connect another headphone with USB (without the Fiio) then everything works. The device does not need drivers (there are none on the Fiio website). Has anyone else had this problem? Thanks a lot

During my research on Google, I came across a lot of different information and some solutions. Since we can't offer technical support for this, the best thing you can do is contact FiiO support. However, this is only offered in English: support@fiio.com
