I used this camera, but I used the motion function through the Synology app. And it works perfectly with this one. I'm sure there are other apps to use camera functions.
But I remember that I also had a lot of problems with the camera in the beginning. Even switching from day to night (automatically) didn't work as desired. Still have the switching time-controlled and not automatic. Because it switched back and forth between night and day too often, although it wouldn't have been necessary!
Otherwise, however, I am satisfied with the camera.
