There is something wrong.

NUC10i7FNK supports an internal drive, only M.2 SSD.

there is a SATA connector on the board, because it is the same board as the higher NUC
The M2 slot can be used with NVMe or SATA.

--> 2 SATA connections possible (1x M2, 1x SATA)
