I think this bracket is ingenious, I installed it a few years ago. I installed it again a fortnight ago for a new installation. It comes with good installation instructions. If you read them, it works wonderfully.
If your projector is under 10kg, it will certainly work.

I have screwed an Acer onto the bracket. The description says universal mount, so it should work. The mounting wasn't that difficult, but it took me ages to figure out how to adjust the arms. The whole thing happened
2 years ago but the description isn't that great. Otherwise it's really great. It looks good too.
