Good evening I bought these headphones for the Xbox Series X. The microphone is great, but the sound is pretty quiet and I don't notice any bass at all. What could be the reason for this? I also bought the Dolby Atmos app. LG

I don't think the microphone is that good. The volume can be adjusted using the rotary wheel in the cable. This changes the impedance. But the headphones are still rather high impedance. Perhaps the Xbox has too weak an amplifier? On my PC with the built-in ASUS audio chip, the sound is perfect.

This is due to the impedance. I recommend a small DAC in cable form.
