Good day, I ordered this product because it says for 30 inches. I then received a product up to 27 inches. After further investigation on my part, the product is only available up to 27 inches. Item description wrong

According to our information, the 30" specification is correct. It is possible that you received the wrong product, which is of course not in our interest. It is best to contact our customer service directly (digitec@digitec.ch). Your order can then be checked individually.
