I have connected the screen in the office with 2 x HDMI cable to the station and the resolution is very poor, i.e. very pixelated. I also connected it with the DP and the Mini DP to another docking station, unfortunately no change is visible. We are working with fairly new Mac Books Pro, is it possible that the screen is somehow not compatible with Apple?

Hoi - It is possible that the Mac cannot output the resolution 3840X1080 - and chooses a different resolution, and therefore the part appears "blurred"?
Have you ever tried the tool "EasyRes"? With it, I can go to resolutions that otherwise don't work...
