Good day I already have some rubber bands on this backpack (which hold the previous loops) no longer tight (are already worn out) have the backpack abe only 3 months! Where can I get such elastic bands? Many thanks for the answer. Greetings Jacqueline

Hello, please contact Lowepro directly. A few years ago I lost the chest strap on another Lowepro rucksack. Back then, Lowepro sent me a new one free of charge. I can't say whether the customer service is still as good. Greetings Beni
