Hello, yes, exactly the same thing happened to me. It was still under warranty so I sent it back and they replaced it.
Clean nozzle or replace nozzle or or blockage in the printer nozzle feed.
Have you checked the Z offset? Have you cleaned the filament extruder (filament flow may be unstable)?
