This monitor has, among other things, four USB ports and an audio (microphone/speaker) connection. External camera, microphone and speakers can be connected via these. However, these are not built in. They are also not included in the scope of delivery.
For the connection to the PC, the supplied USB-C cable is sufficient (with minor restrictions). Greetings. K.L.
