Good day. Do I have a loss of quality with the FTZ adapter and does the autofocus behave the same as without the adapter? Greetings

No loss at all on Z6 Z7, tested with AF-S 105/f2.8, 70-200 f4, 80-400 f4.5-5.6.

Since the adapter does not contain glass - optically there should be no loss of quality.
AF could be faster on cameras like D5.
