First of all, I have zero technical experience and already apologise for "stupid" questions. I am wondering if the radio will eventually become outdated in terms of software/Android version. Does the radio itself also have a software or Android version that needs to be updated, and if so, how do I find out about the updates? Will MirrorLink work if the Android version of the phone does not match the version of the radio?
