DRS is currently at v18, will this expensive license work with v19, v20, v21? I couldn't find the answer on the forum.

So far, upgrades between versions have been free. However there is no guarantee of this from BM; it's essentially a courtesy on their behalf.
The key I got was for v17 but it activated v18 no questions asked.
