Does this work with Windows10 and Windows Flight Simulator 2020?

Well, it works fine under Windows 10... I use it for Star Wars: Squadron.

Yes and yes. It has a switch on the joystick "Xbox/PC" - for me the stick was only recognised when I switched to "PC" (logical?)... but now everything is tip-top!
