Basically, it is an adaptive remote control that learns the IR codes of TVs and can then play them back. So if the TV box also has an IR remote control, it will most likely work - it's always worth a try, isn't it? So it has nothing to do with UHD or the Swisscom box, only with the transmission codes from the remote control to the receiver device.
