As long as the DC voltage and the diameter of the plug of the DC cable are correct and the power of the "ZBook 230W Slim Smart 4.5mm AC Adapter" is sufficient, this should not be a problem. I bought the "ZBook 230W Slim Smart 4.5mm AC Adapter" to have more power available via the USB port on my "HP Spectre x360 Laptop 16-f2799nz" than with the original supplied power supply.
