Does this lens with the adapter also fit on a Sony Alpha 7? Or what is the difference between the Nikon, Canon lens ?
Yes, with the MC-11, the Canon mount lens (AF) can also be used on Sony Alpha.
On the A9 and A7R IV it is very good for stills and good for fast action, with the A1 it is phenomenal for stills and very good for action. Of course AF-wise never as good as the native Sony lenses. In terms of image quality, it's a very good lens.
