I was able to do a search and according to the manufacturer the following is installed as NPU:
- 1x "Lenovo CARDPOP BLD M.2 8GB LPDDR4X DNPU card"

The NPU is visible in device manager, has driver installed but the software is completely missing. No SDK provided by Kinara to use it. No Windows 11 AI features at all. Lenovo promises support for it since the launch. Right now it completely useless. Only takes the bandwith from the GPU because it is on the PCIe splitter card. So the GPU can only run on x8 I guess. But the M2 NPU unit is there in the computer, I can confirm.
