Yes, the board can support up to >4400Mt, but this is also CPU dependent.

It should be taken into account that the CPU runs best with Syncem FBKL on 1:1:1 and therefore the fewest manage 2000Mhz or 4000Mt synchronously.

You should also check the QLV of the RAM.
Therefore also no, because the kit mentioned does not work with this board according to https://www.gskill.com/qvl... - the stored XMP is obviously Intel optimised.
