Does the router assign IP addresses dynamically or are they fixed there? Unfortunately I can't find anything about this. In the configurator, LAN Information says: DHCP Server Disable. I don't know if this is a hint. What I do know is that the connected devices all worked on the day of installation, i.e. they had a network. And now everything that is connected via W-Lan is bucking. Only the devices connected via Ethernet work.

This is an AccessPoint, not a router. These are two completely different things.
An AccessPoint usually does not assign any IPs so that it does not get in the way of the router (which usually assigns the IPs). I.e. how the IPs are assigned depends on your router. If you don't have a router and thought this was one, then you must have misunderstood something.
