Unfortunately not - only works with Thunderbolt. Whereas eGPU's in general (not only Razer...) do not work with some laptops (or are not so easy to get working) - also with Thunderbolt. It doesn't work with Lenovo P1 Gen2

I can't test it, but from what you read online, it only works with a Thunderbolt connection on the laptop. Some say that it could work with USB4...
