It works but with limitations. This charger is designed for iPhones, so to use the Magsafe you would have to have a compatible ring or case, or you can put it down but on the plane. In theory, Buds if they have a QI compatible case should also work. This is information found on the internet

I don't know. I'm using it with Apple devices. Works very well. In general, I'm very happy with Anker's solutions (have a few), but in this specific case, the charger itself broke within a few hours. I wasn't in the mood to return it, so I just used the spare charger I had.

I am an iPhone owner, never had the opportunity testing a Samsung product.
