"Does that mean the TV only supports 50Hz or is that simply the "optimal" frequency? I need it for the PS4 Pro, which outputs 60 FPS depending on the game, would that be a problem?
You will see a maximum of 50 FPS. But I don't think you'll get more than 30 FPS at 4k with a PS4. You'll have to wait until 2021 when the PS5 comes out and you'll probably see close to 60 at 4k resolution.
