Does Samsung also refuse to replace defective products in Switzerland? And what is Digitec's position on warranty cases? This is about the following: https://youtu.be/6MKSSdb5VD0?si=BvUIKrySnpjQ70-O Samsung is currently refusing to replace screens that have been broken due to poor construction (except in the USA). Cracked bio-screen. The question is whether Samsung has the same lousy support here and how Digitec will react as a result, since the manufacturer is already not taking any responsibility. Users report that Samsung refuses even simple answers to non-warranty cases, such as the USB-Hun, under the motto "no support for your country, tough luck". This makes Samsung look untrustworthy.

Yes they refuse. the unit goes to Pictronic ( just as lousy service ) and eventually there is a credit note. See my article above and the addendum I am writing now.
Sry don't have time to watch the video what do you mean they refuse? No money back and no repair or replacement? That would be illegal in any western country and could be sued.

Can I connect a DP 1.4 cable or do I need an HDMI 2.1 cable?
