Question about WiZ White

Does it necessarily need a WLAN router or can the LED bulb also be controlled via Bluetooth or directly via WLAN using the Wiz App, as my sister's saleswoman explained?

Hi. I have problems connecting the bulb via the App. I am only using my mobile hot spot as an intenrnet connect. Does anyone know if that is sufficient? Any hints are appreciated!

I'm not sure about Bluetooth, but with simple Wi-Fi it works, it doesn't need a bridge like Philips Hue or other hardware. The app on the mobile phone, the bulb is recognised there, then you can connect it to the Wi-Fi and that's it. I use it with Google Home, it works well (I only needed the app to set it up).
