Does it also work when the devices are in the furniture with the door closed and are the homematik compatible house control?
Yes, this is possible behind the doors. But it requires WiFi (WLAN). I don't have Homematic but I know of a workaround that can be found on Github. Just google with these keywords: homematic forum harmony github
