The device plug of this power supply unit is a 4.5 mm hollow plug connection. According to:

the HP ProBook 450 G10 is not on the list of compatible devices, see bottom of page (Show all product families), then expand under ProBook.

I cannot answer this question conclusively because I bought the power supply for an HP EliteBook 850 G5. This power supply works with this device. I would check whether the plug on the device fits, the power (watts) is also important. 65 watts should be enough, the decisive factor is whether the device plug fits.
