Does anyone know of a good, uncomplicated solution for using the rear pads? When I click on a rear pad, it is registered as button A or B. I don't know what to do. The problem has been around for a while and the internet is now full of them, strange that I can't find anything in the questions or reviews. I think the problem only existed after a new update. It is still like this today.

If you mean the 4 detachable brackets on the back, my understanding is that they map to A, B, X and Y, and are meant for people who prefer to use index/middle fingers to operate these buttons. I don't have the brackets mounted anymore, as I prefer to use my thumbs.
