Does anyone else also have the problem that the USB connection (mouse, keyboard) is gone for several seconds? I have the phenomenon here, either on Linux/Windows, that the USB peripherals go bye-bye. The monitor ran for several months without problems, but now the USB problems make it almost impossible to work with it.

It sounds crazy, but it is possible that the start-up of a refrigerator compressor causes such disturbances. I have exactly this sporadically at home. As soon as the fridge compressor starts, the light on the monitor goes out for about 2 to 3 seconds and it can also happen that devices on the USB port lose the signal, but then get it again a few seconds later. It doesn't happen all the time, but it happens to me all the time (there is also information on the internet that this is a relatively common problem).

I have it too, especially when I use the uplink USB2 connector.
With USB-C, relatively few problems.
Reporting it to the manufacturer and searching for a firmware update were unsuccessful.
