Do they ship them also with the super battery pack? Lame if I have to buy it separately

Hello I bought the Nuki's for 279 SFR where it says in the specifications battery operation there wudrde a battery supplied in any case with me this was the case. Had to change in the Nuki APP that a battery is inserted.
