Do they get really quiet with an iphone15 already? I currently have some that are still too loud at a low level... Thanks for feedback :)

With the EarPods UBS-C, I can adjust the volume from loud to silent. I use them with the IPhone 15 pro and the sound quality is good, but of course you can't compare them with on-ear headphones. The advantage is that they don't need Bluetooth or charging.

I use these EarPods USB-C with an iPhone 15 without any problems. The volume can be adjusted over a wide range, from very quiet to very loud. However, the sound quality is not very good, so I only use them for phone calls.
