You can connect the Gigaset Comfort 500HX Duo handset directly to the Swisscom Box as long as it supports the DECT function. Gigaset handsets are GAP-compatible, which means that they work with many DECT base stations and routers, including those from other manufacturers. A Gigaset IP Base is not required to use the handset.
