I bought the index at digitec and pre-ordered Alyx myself some time ago. This morning I got a message from Steam that the amount will be refunded to me. Didn't have to do anything for it. Great customer service from Valve.

I can confirm that I found it in my library on steam today.

According to Valve (www.half-life/alyx), anyone who owns or buys the Valve Index VR headset or even just the Valve Index controllers will receive the game for free.

I don't think so. In any case, I didn't get a code.

The game is not even out yet
