Question about Samsung QE50Q60BAU
Dear Community. My father has lost the remote control for this TV (QE50Q60BAU). It is the "classic" remote control with many buttons, not the SmartRemote, which is compatible with pensioners. I would like to buy a replacement but do not know the exact product number. Can someone please post the product number (usually back of remote on label or printed)? Thank you and greetings

Hello, we also got the TV for our parents and the small Smart Remote was replaced in advance by a large Samsung remote control. Actually, almost any other Samsung remote control will work, so if you have an old one lying around, feel free to test it. We bought the BN59-01315B, but if you need a bigger one, in my experience the AA59-00582A would also work, but it doesn't have the streaming hotkeys.
