I used to train with headphones. Mountain biking, road biking, fitness or even jogging. Apple AirPods have always held up. Sound is good. They connect with the watch. Loading your own songs on it can be a bit difficult to use if everything runs via the cloud. It is recommended to listen to music with one of the downloadable widgets.
