Connection from BenQ MU641 via BenQ QP20 QCast Mirror to laptop works. I cannot show a presentation (e.g. PowerPoint). The picture freezes even when I click on the presentation. What can I do?
Hmm we had something similar in the application with a film and the VLC media player. The solution was to switch to 2.4G WLAN, 5G does not work in our environment.
