Yes, that should work.

This set comes with an aux cable. If the UE Smart Radio has an aux output, it will work.

A note about the satellites: The two top "speakers" are fake and only glued to the wood. They can be removed very easily with a flat object, e.g. a screwdriver. Nonetheless, as a cheap speaker set, it's fine, even though it's gone up 10% since I bought it about a year ago.
