HI, which software do you use, since neither Armoury Crate nor ROG Armoury works for me. The keyboard is somehow recogniced but it is asking for 2.4GHz mode to be enabled and no settings can be changed.
Also how do you switch the light mode/profile? Neither FN or Lock key enables the Mode keys.

I also had some problems with Armoury Crate, It was working again after I updated the firmware a few times.
To switch the light mode you can use FN+left/right arrow, and for brightness FN+up/down arrow.
