I currently use it daily, also under Windows 10, but only under Bootcamp and Parallels on the Mac.
I don't know it in pure Windows.
But it will probably behave similarly, except that it might not run at all without driver installation with optional software to configure it, I have left out the configuration software so far because it is chargeable.
For me under Bootcamp and Parallels it worked so far. Many gestures work like on a Mac, like zooming, scrolling, right-clicking with 2 fingers, etc.
With the configuration tool, everything could simply be fine-tuned.
