can you also mount 28 inch monitors or is there a different mount for 28 inch monitors?

The Fellowes triple arm is officially only designed for up to 27″ / max. 7 kg per monitor - there is no guarantee for 28″.
Better: a mount up to 32″ / approx. 8 kg per arm, e.g. Huanuo Triple Monitor Mount (17-32″, approx. CHF 85, Galaxus) or ELIVED Triple Monitor Mount (17-32″, Amazon).
