Question about ASUS ROG Strix XG32VC

Can the XG32VC with Adaptive Sync be used on a modern Nvidia (G-SYNC) graphics card without any problems (RTX 3070 or 4090? I've been researching this for a while, but opinions differ on Adaptive Sync vs. native G-Sync for monitors on Nvidia RTX 30x0/40x0. Thanks for any advice.

This monitor does not have official G-Sync compatibility confirmed by Nvidia.

Moreover, this is a VA panel and not an IPS.
I had this monitor for just under a week and was very disappointed.
The picture looks more washed out than sharp. I noticed this especially when moving windows around (there was always a distortion in the picture).

Maybe I had also got a Monday model. I have now changed to this model and am very satisfied with it. This VG27AQ monitor is also G-Sync compatible:
