Can the watch be connected to all Android smartphones of all manufacturers and versions? What information does the manufacturer provide? Has anyone tried this with a Huawei device with EMUI version 12?

I have a Google Pixel and everything works as expected. If you can install the "Samsung Health" and "Galaxy Wearable" app on your smartphone, it will pretty much work.

Unfortunately I can't answer that, I have a Samsung smartphone, someone in our family had a 1plus smartphone with which it also worked perfectly.
