Question about Apple Watch SE 2022/2023
Can the SE 2022/2023 store three to four phone numbers that can be called on request? (in an emergency, if possible with just one button, etc.)

I'm not a professional, but you can put the phone function on the watch face. Then you only need 2 "buttons" (phone symbol and dial number saved in favourites).
However, there are 2 variants of the SE, the one with WLAN requires the mobile to be nearby, the 4G one allows free calls, but there are additional costs.
