Can the Nintendo Switch be charged with this powerbank?

Yes.
Basically, it's not about which device it fits with or not, but whether the voltage fits and whether 65 watts of power delivery is enough.
I use it to charge everything on the go, including 3 smartphones, my Acer Spin laptop and my old Acer Switch Alpha tablet, which doesn't have a note saying that it can also be charged via USB C. I don't have time for toys, I don't know the Nintendo, and I only know that it has a USB C port.
