I bought this monitor (G3223Q) 1 week ago and it has been very good, but I wanted to mention that I had to use a Display Port cable to use the monitor in full 4K at 144hz (with an RTX 2070S). I bought a HDMI 2.1 cable (search Digitec for item number 15754137) but it would not display in 4k 144hz with that cable. However, with the Display Port cable that comes with the monitor, it works fine. It's my first 4k monitor so I don't know if the problem was me :-)
