Can the M570 trackball now work directly with bluetooth or do I have to plug a receiver into a USB socket? Specification say connection Bluetooth + USB If the receiver is needed, it is not a pure Bluetooth trackball.

As far as I know, the trackball does not have Bluetooth. The data sheet doesn't say anything about it either. You need a Logitech Unifying Receiver for it.

The Bluetooth:Yes in the specification is probably a mistake and should be corrected by Galaxus.
