No, you can't. Corsair products have a proprietary connection or control anyway.
Of course, the RAM modules are the exception here, as they are compatible with almost all software, as Alisot200 has already said.
There is an MSI motherboard that has this connector on the board and allows it to control the Corsair products, but that is the only exception I know of.
And yes, iCUE is compatible with some ASUS mainboards, but this leads to some disadvantages if the mainboard is controlled via iCUE.
The ARGB effect disappears completely and the graphics card (even if it is from Asus ROG) cannot be controlled.

Yep.
After a bit of googling, I came to the conclusion that for some products, such as RAM from Corsair, there is a plug-in to control this via Aura Sync. Conversely, there is also a plugin that can control Aura Sync via ICUE. The range of functions of these plugins is unknown to me - I don't have an Asus mainboard :)
