Can the headset also be connected via USB instead of Bluetooth? Is there a suitable accessory part?

Battery lasts easily 1 day even when listening to music - just put it on the charging case during lunch break and then it was never necessary to charge it in between - what works for sure is to charge it with a long USB cable and connect it via Bluetooth like normal. But it doesn't work without Bluetooth, it is not recognised as a headset via USB (at least not for me).
