Can someone tell me how to turn off the demo?

I have found the following instructions:

- Navigate to "Settings" in the "VARIOUS" menu then to "DEMO MODE".
- Switch the DEMO mode on or off. Settings: ON, OFF.
- Press the Rotary encoder to change the setting.
- Turn the rotary switch to switch between the settings.
- Press the rotary switch to confirm the setting.
